We provide online consultations to patients from other cities and monitor their progress, especially in our Myopia clinic. Some tests — like axial length measurement — need an in-clinic visit; we tell you honestly when that is the case.
Do you provide online consultation for free?
The first short call to understand whether an online consultation suits you is free. Consultation fees are confirmed before booking.
What are the timings?
Monday to Saturday, 10:30 am – 8:00 pm (by appointment)
What do I need to keep ready?
Your latest prescription, reports and — for children in the Myopia programme — your SVC patient ID.
Which tests need a clinic visit?
Axial length, corneal topography, lens fitting and any eye health examination need you in the clinic.
Consultation types
For children in our Myopia control programme — records are online and updated every visit, so progress can be reviewed remotely between the 3-monthly in-clinic checks.
