Think of it as a gym for your eyes
Vision therapy works much like a gym, except it focuses only on strengthening the eye muscles and restoring the coordination between the two eyes that weak muscles disturb.
If the Binocular Vision Examination shows that the eye muscles are very weak, we design an exercise programme, and our staff guide the patient through the exercises in the clinic. Most programmes run for about 12 sittings, after which we reassess whether more exercise is needed.
Who should have it?
Vision therapy is only started on recommendation, after a detailed examination of your eye muscles and how well they coordinate.

Every session is supervised by our binocular vision experts, Mrs. Nivedha Santharam, Mrs. Ankita Bandyopadhyay and Ms. Kashish Gurnani. We use the latest therapy instruments from Bernell (USA) and VTS-4, a diagnostic and therapy software widely regarded as the gold standard.
